How to use it?

For effective customer service, you should develop a strategy. Start answering these 7 questions to figure out your Customer Service Strategy.
  1. What is your price model? Will your products/services be premium or cheap?
  1. What are the opportunities for customers? What is their benefit? Why will they choose you instead of others?
  1. How will you communicate with your customers? What will be your tone? Will you inform, educate or entertain them?
  1. What is your sales policy? Will you have regular sales? Will you choose to be a brand without any sales?
  1. How will you turn your buyer into loyal customers? Will you run a loyalty program from the first day, or will you start it later?
  1. What is your target personas' satisfaction level? Will you do the necessary things to satisfy them?
